Cryptotrader to Pay a Fine of $35,000

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has imposed a fine of $35,000 on the California trader, who did not fulfill the requirements of Bank Secrecy Act’s (BSA) and was not registered as a money transmitter.
